Life is surprisingly abundant in the desert, but decay is everywhere. In this harsh environment, when death pays a final visit, it is not long before only bleached bones remain. This is as true for inanimate objects as it is for living creatures.
Everything has a skeleton, and the desert knows how to lay it bare.
In the course of my wanderings I have found there is a stillness in the desert and a quiet beauty in death.
